Merz Pharma announced the acquisition of Anteis SA, a company that developed during the last 10 years injectable medical devices based on biopolymer transformation (wrinkle-filling gels, resorbable implants, cutaneous rehydratation gels). Besides aesthetic dermatology, Anteis is also active in the fields of ophtalmology and orthopedics and distributes its products in over 90 countries.
