ZAPI, an Italian manufacturer of electronic components for electric and hybrid vehicles has acquired Switzerland-based BlueBotics, an EPFL spin-off and a global reference in natural navigation for automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots. The news was announced by Forestay, an early-growth stage tech fund who invested in the Swiss robotics startup in 2018.
