[Univercité] Rapid detection of foodborne bacterial pathogens

A variety of rapid methods for the detection of foodborne bacterial pathogens is currently available, each with its advantages and limitations.

Within the scope of the VITAL project, supported by EIT Food, SwissDeCode’s Field Application Scientist, Dr. Pietro Cattaneo contributed to the review of three different methods in Food in Canada magazine (page 20).
