Given the new international standards on corporate taxation, Switzerland is currently undergoing a major corporate tax reform to remain an attractive business location.
In this context, Life Sciences companies will be impacted by OECD’s work on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and the Swiss Corporate Tax Reform III for their IP planning and R&D activities.
The Speakers will present and discuss the new requirements and opportunities from a tax standpoint.
